Der LHG XL HP5 ist ein 5-GHz-WLAN-Gerät nach 802.11 a/n mit einer integrierten 27-dBi-Gitterantenne mit doppelter Polarisation und hoher Sendeleistung, das in Punkt-zu-Punkt-Konfigurationen bei voller Geschwindigkeit eine Reichweite von bis zu 40 km ermöglicht.
Das Gitterdesign gewährleistet Schutz vor Wind, und da das Antennenelement in das WLAN-Gerät integriert ist, entstehen keine Verluste durch Kabel.
