Please describe the exact problem to us in as much detail as possible, including screenshots, data, etc. So that we can help you as quickly as possible, please check the above points in advance. However, pure configuration problems cannot be answered here:

After these test steps have been completed and after consultation with us, a decision will be made on how to proceed with the device.

 


3. Send devices to us - After consultation

After consultation, you will receive an RMA number by e-mail from us, with which you can send the device to us. Please ensure that only a device that has been fully checked in accordance with #1. is sent to us, otherwise we reserve the right to charge for this expense in accordance with #4. Devices sent to us without prior agreement will not be processed by us and will be returned to you at your expense.

4. Devices sent in

We reserve the right to charge a flat-rate inspection fee of at least €35 plus return shipping for functional(!) devices sent in.

  • If the return is justified, we will get back to you with the next steps.
